Executive Team

Matthew Kee, Chief Executive Officer

In his prior experience at JP Morgan, Matthew achieved his Series 6, Series 63 securities licenses, equipping him with deep knowledge of both fixed income and equity management. Fluent in Spanish, he also managed a large Spanish-speaking client portfolio.
After co-founding UpperRoom Technology, Matthew has consulted for startups both domestically and internationally spanning various industries. He has coached entrepreneurs on the lean product development process, organized startup pitch competitions, and has judged competitions. He is passionate about raising the water level of entrepreneurship in Wisconsin.
Academically, he graduated Suma Cum Laude from Olivet Nazarene University with a BS in International Business and Spanish, with honors He also holds an MBA and MS in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Jack Kee, President

Jack is President of UpperRoom Technology and an expert in bond portfolio management and its associated challenges, stemming from 22 years industry experience and over 1,000 on-site visits with professional bond managers.  Besides expertise in bond management problems, he also enjoys acquaintance with hundreds of portfolio managers, bond traders, analysts, and heads of fixed income.  Jack is on the Board of Directors of Investortools, one of the few industry providers of bond portfolio management software.

At Investortools, Jack progressed from direct sales to Senior VP – Sales and Marketing, before becoming (currently) Senior Vice President.  While in sales and sales management, the client base increased about 15X with annual sales increasing about 3,000%.

Educationally, Jack has attained two Masters degrees, an MBA and a M.Div., with a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
